Return And Refund Policy


Sahayatha offers medical industry products but is not limited to following in Mobility Devices and in defecation assistive devices. We offer a very crucial factor of Hygiene and Customer safety. Hence, We do not offer any return for products in the categories mentioned above.We’ve to be strict about our return policy to keep our Customers’ safety into consideration.



However, a customer can raise a Replacement request if He/She has received a damaged product or the product malfunctions under the warranty period and defined usage instructions.



In the event of a cancellation after product dispatch (within 2 to 3 working days), customers will be responsible for covering the shipping charges. To prevent this charge, we advise canceling orders on the same day they are placed.



A refund is only generated in case of cancellation, conditions are mentioned above.



Either Return/Refund is not available for Gifts/Freebies sent from Sahayatha.
